Coaching and Mentoring International (CMI) – the international network of trainers and consultants in mentoring – held its inaugural gathering in Athens, Greece this week. Network members from Greece, Norway, Denmark, Turkey, Czech Republic, Eire, UK, and Portugal explored opportunities for collaboration and cooperation.
The EMCC network currently involves 21 member organisations, covering 40+ countries. It offers a unique service to international and national organisations: consistent quality of mentoring training and support, alongside sensitive adaptation to local cultures and environment.
